Insulated Ceiling, Plaster Finish, Tapco Slate

The Problem:

Our clients wanted a new roof, they had a sloped Edwardian style lean to/conservatory that went to a boxed gutter that they wanted to be taken off. They also wanted to get the benefits of having more heat in the cold months and the extra coolness in the summertime.

The Solution:

The old roof was taken down and a new timber roof frame was constructed for the clients, with Tapco slate on the outside and a new insulated plasterboard ceiling with 5 lights added to the interior, along with new soffits, fascias and gutters.

The Outcome:

“Very pleased with the result and no problems whatsoever. Looking forward to benefitting from the extra warmth.”
